Let's enjoy Madrid's beautiful weather in Retiro at an informal social picnic. That was the invitation, for a Saturday evening in April 2026, 6pm to 9pm.

Everyone brought whatever they'd like to eat, drink and share… and (hopefully) suncream. It ran in English and Spanish, and it was free.

The blankets spread out across the grass under the park's trees, and later the whole group lined up for a photo among them.

It was part of the Madrid group, and a return to where the Madrid events started: the Pre-Pride Picnic in Retiro, ten months earlier, in June 2025.
