Oxford 2026
Oxford, UK · 12–14 June 2026
We went back to where it started: a tour, a museum, dinner at Brown's and a private boat on the Thames.
Back where it started
"We're back for more in the first place we did a weekend." Ten months after the pilot, NSGW returned to Oxford, this time for a full weekend: Saturday and Sunday, 13 and 14 June, with an optional Friday evening.
It came with a new bring-a-buddy offer: half price on a second ticket for anyone who would rather come with someone they knew. Most guys come alone and make friends quickly, and Chris wasn't sure how the offer would go.
"Most people come solo. I've done a bring a buddy offer recently. We'll see how it goes."

Friday
The Friday add-on was planned around cocktails at Raoul's, "this iconic Oxford establishment", with the first drink included. Then a night-time wander and a stop at one of Oxford's classic ice cream parlours, also included.
Saturday
Saturday began at noon with coffee, pastries and icebreakers at the Ashmolean. Then an informal tour of the city and its colleges, which, in the words of the itinerary, was "really it's just a way to get to know each other". Lunch was at the Covered Market, everyone choosing their own.
In the afternoon the group went to a world-class museum, as promised: the natural history museum, skeletons and all. After some free time, dinner was booked at Brown's, with the set menu included, and then a nightcap at a local bar.
Sunday
Sunday was meant to be "a little bit more chill". At midday the group boarded a private boat on the Thames, a wooden launch with a canopy.
The plan on the booking page had a BBQ on the boat with a private chef. The final itinerary moved lunch ashore, to a Sunday roast at the Head of the River, outside in the sun, included. Then, at four, fond farewells.
